Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at support@clickit2shipit.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 24 hours (business days) with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — in which case we cover it in full.
Exchanges
Need a different variant or size? The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or wrong items
