Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information the moment your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping: $4.90 (Arrives in 5 to 8 business days)

  • Standard Shipping: $9.90 (Arrives in 3 to 4 business days)

Please note that while we strive for complete accuracy, delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers and do not include processing time.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. clickit2shipit is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We hold ourselves accountable for your shopping experience. If your order arrives damaged, or if it has been significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate fairly and ensure you receive a just resolution, whether that is a replacement or a full refund.
